The Data over Cable System Interface Specifications Mini-Physical Interface Module
(1-Port DOCSIS Mini-PIM) includes the following features:
•
Provides a single cable modem interface for connecting to a cable modem termination
system (CMTS) network
•
Supports high-speed, bidirectional data transfer over an existing cable TV system
•
Provides high-speed WAN connectivity
The DOCSIS 3.0 US model of the 1-Port DOCSIS Mini-PIM is supported.
