Understanding
applications in the
Programs menu
The Programs menu lists applications installed on your Field
PC. To access the Programs menu, tap
Start > Programs. Applications in the Programs menu are
described below in the order they appear.
For on-device help instructions on how to use a program or
for a more detailed description of a program, follow these
steps:
1. Open the program.
2. Tap
Start > Help.
For more detailed instructions about using on-device help,
see the section called
Using on-device help in Chapter 5.
Applications comprise the following:

Games. Choose from Bubble Breaker or Solitaire.
•
ActiveSync
®
. Use this program to synchronize your Field
PC with a desktop or laptop computer. You can also use
ActiveSync to explore your Field PC and synchronize your
contact information, calendar information, emails, and
more.
•
Calculator. This program simulates a calculator.
•
Download Agent. Download Agent automates the
process of downloading Field PC software updates
