Juniper Systems, Inc. offers a variety of warranty options to extend
coverage beyond the standard warranty. Contact us for details.

▲ Repairs
If your Allegro CE is in need of repair or servicing, contact our
Customer Service Department for an RMA (Return Materials
Authorization) number.
Please have this information ready when you contact us:
- Allegro CE serial number
- Your name
- Name and shipping address of company/university/agency
- Phone and fax number
- Clear description of the problem encountered
- Purchase order number and billing address (for equipment that is
not under standard or extended warranty)
The customer has the responsibility to ship the equipment to Juniper
Systems, Inc. with all shipping costs prepaid. After repairing or
replacing the equipment, Juniper Systems, Inc. will ship the
equipment, at its cost, back to the customer by the same type of carrier
used by the customer to ship the equipment to our facility. Repairs are
normally completed within ten working days unless special
circumstances exist.
