To open the Word Viewer you can double tap on a Word or a Rich
Text File located on your Allegro or you can tap on Start|Programs|
Microsoft File Viewers|Microsoft Word Viewer, and follow the directions
for opening files in Word Viewer described later in this section.
The Word Viewer has the following menu:
File
View
Tapping on each of these options accesses a drop down box with the
functions available in the Word Viewer. Once the specific file is
opened, the box at the bottom of the Word Viewer shows the folder the
Word Viewer is viewing and the name of the Word file. A small box
next to the Word title box has the page number you are on and the
total number of pages in the Word file.

The file options are designed to locate Word files on your Allegro. The
following functions are available by tapping on the File option:
