MP-622 Network Configurations
This chapter illustrates network configurations supported for the MP-622.
Infrastructure Configuration
In an infrastructure topology, the MP-622 provides access to a wired LAN for 802.11a/b/g wireless
workstations. Since the MP-622 has a weatherproof casing, it can be installed outdoors (for
example, on a pole) to provide network access to clients located outside.

The MP-622 can be connected directly to an MX or indirectly over the network.
