Safety CAUTION: To prevent injury • Compressed air can be dangerous; do not direct airflow at a persons head or body. Important - read this first! • Always keep the compressor out of reach of children. Please read the following information and operating instructions included with this product before use. This information is for your safety and it is important that you follow these instructions. It will also help prevent damage to the product.
Installation Installation Note! This product must be connected to a power supply branch protected by a fuse or circuit breaker with a rating of not less than 20 A, in order to comply with the essential requirements of the EMC directive 89/336/EEC. Your JUN-AIR compressor is easy to operate. Observe the instructions and you will get many years service from your compressor. GB • Visually inspect unit for shipping damage, contact your supplier immediately if you think the unit may have been damaged.
Operation • If the compressor has been stored at an extremely low temperature, allow it to heat to room temperature before switching it on. • The cut-in and cut-out pressure is preset from the factory and it is normally not necessary to change this. However, if it is necessary to change the preset settings, the instructions of this manual shall be followed carefully. • All AC compressors are designed for 100% duty but 50% operation is recommended to prolong the lifetime.
Maintenance d) Clean the unit To ensure a long lifetime of the compressor, it is important that inspection and maintenance is carried out regularly as described in the following. e) Check the safety valve Clean the unit when needed with a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, use paraffin to remove adhesions. Dust and dirt prevent cooling. 3 1 GB 2 1 2 1 Check the safety valve with pressure in the receiver.
Service Fault finding and repair Please note that all service must be carried out by a qualified person. Important Switch off and isolate from electrical supply before removing any parts from the compressor. Empty air receiver of air before performing any operation on the compressors' pressure system. Adjustment of pressure switch The working presure has ben preset from the factory, and it is normally not necessary to change this.
Pressure vessel Pressure tested at: 4-25 litre: 24 bar 40-50 litre: 18.3 bar Directions for use GB Application Receiver for compressed air. Receiver specifications See name plate. Installation Tubes, etc. must be installed with suitable materials. Placement Observe the working temperature of the receiver. Ensure sufficient room for inspection and maintenance. The receiver must be kept in a horizontal position.

Betrieb • Nach extrem kalter Lagerung oder Transport, bitte den Kompressor vor dem Einschalten auf Raumtemperatur erwärmen lassen. • Der Ein- und Ausschaltdruck des Kompressors ist voreingestellt. Eine Änderung der Einstellung ist nicht notwendig. Sollten die Werte dennoch verändert werden müssen, befolgen Sie bitte die Anweisungen in dieser Anleitung. • Alle ölfreien AC Kompressoren sind für 100 % Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt.
Wartung d) Kompressor reinigen Reinigen Sie den Kompressor mit einem weichem und feuchtem Tuch. Evtl. Anhaftungen sind mit Reinigungsöl zu enfernen. Beachten Sie, dass Staub und Schmutz die Kühlung des Kompressors beeinträchtigt. Um eine lange Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten ist es wichtig, dass regelmäßige Wartung und Überprüfung durchgeführt werden. e) Sicherheitsventil überprüfen 3 1 1 2 2 DE 1 1 1 Das Sicherheitsventil wird bei Betriebsdruck des Behälters geprüft.
Service Fehlersuche und Reparatur Beachten Sie, dass alle Servicearbeiten von qualifiziertem Personal durchgeführt werden müssen. Wichtig! Das Gerät vor jeder Reparatur ausschalten und den Netzstecker ziehen. Der Kessel muss bei jeder Reparatur drucklos sein. Druckschalter einstellen 1. Kompressor startet nicht Der Betriebsdruck ist vom Werk voreingestellt. Eine Veränderung der Werte ist normalerweise nicht notwendig. a. Der Behälter steht unter Druck.

Darüber hinaus muss ausreichend Platz für Service arbeiten vorhanden sein. Der Kompressor muss aufrecht stehen.

Kontroller følgende ved modtagelsen: • Kontroller kompressoren visuelt for transportskader. Kontakt straks Deres leverandør, hvis der er skade. • Kontroller at kompressorstørrelsen er korrekt for det aktuelle luftforbrug, se Tekniske specifikationer.
Drift • Hvis kompressoren har været udsat for ekstremt lave temperaturer, skal den opvarmes før opstart. • Kompressorens arbejdstryk er indstillet fra fabrikken, og det er normalt ikke nødvendigt at ændre denne indstilling. Hvis der alligevel er behov for at indstille arbejdstrykket, gøres dette i henhold til anvisningerne i denne manual. • Alle AC motorer kan køre 100% kontinuerlig drift, men 50% drift anbefales for at forlænge levetiden.

Service Fejlfinding og reparation Vigtigt! Afbryd altid strømtilførslen før indgreb i motoren. Tøm beholderen for luft før indgreb i kompressor anlæggets tryksystem. Vær opmærksom på at service skal udføres af en kvalificeret person. Indstilling af arbejdstryk Kompressorens arbejdstryk er indstillet fra fabrikken, og det er normalt ikke nødvendigt at ændre denne indstilling.
