Q1: Do I need to take the protective case off when using it?
A: Normally, no need. The lightning connector of this unit has
extended 4 mm from the body. So it will be compatible with most of
iOS device with case.
Q2: Does it have transfer limitation at ones?
A: No, there isn’t transfer amounts limit. But decided by the capacity
of your flash drive and the rest available space of apple device. We
tested transfer 10000+ picture and video files from iPhone to flash
drive one time. It works without any problem.
Q3: Why can’t my device read the USB drive when it’s plugged
in?
A: 1) If you are using it on your iPhone/iPad, you need to install the
"JD Memory" app on your device before using the USB drive.
2) If you are using it on your computer (Windows /Mac), it does not
need App installed. This iPhone USB flash drive works as a regular
USB flash drive.
Q4: Can I use the JD Memory for installing APPs or save my
game data?
