Drop-In Installation Instructions:
Sink
Sealant
Countertop
1. Inspect sink prior to installation. No returns accepted after installation unless
product is mechanically defected.
2. Provide your countertop manufacturer with your lavatory template (provided),
to assist in your granite cut-out. Templates are supplied only as a guideline,
the physical use of the sink will assure an accurate cut-out. JSG Oceana takes
no responsibility for inaccurate cutting of the granite.
3. Prior to installation, pre-install the drain to lavatory.
4. Clean the top-side of the countertop and the underneath rim of the lavatory.
5. Apply a clear epoxy/caulking to the under/outer rim of the drop-in and place
into countertop cut-out.
6. Verify that the lavatory is level. If the lavatory is not level, gently press down
on the lavatory.
7. Wipe away excess sealant and allow sealant time to set, according to sealant
manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Complete the water supply and drain connections.
9. Run water into the lavatory and check for leaks.
