To Set Up an Aileron to Rudder Mix.
1. There are 2 sets of mixing values available. If the Pos.0 values are left at 0% then the
mixer may be turned on and off – Pos.0 will be OFF and Pos.1 will be ON. This can
also be reversed so that Pos0 is ON and Pos1 is OFF by leaving Pos1 values at 0%
and setting percentages in the Pos0 values. Keeping the Pos1 values at 0% and
setting percentages for the Pos0 values is useful when using the throttle stick to
control the mixer in conjunction with other switches.
Highlight and select L next to Pos0 and set the value to give the desired amount of
Rudder travel when full Left Aileron is applied. The direction of rudder travel can be
changed by using negative (-) values versus positive (+) values.
2. Highlight and select R next to Pos.0 and set the value to give the desired amount of
Rudder travel when full Right Aileron is applied. The direction of rudder travel can
be changed by using negative (-) values versus positive (+) values.
3. Scroll down to the bottom line of the display to select the Flight Mode and/or switch
that will be used to turn the mixer on and off. The throttle may also be used to turn
the mixer on and off by highlighting and selecting THRO STK and setting the
percentage of throttle to the point where the mixer is switched on/off.
