Manual

Before operating the detector, make sure that there is no moisture on
the detection area. Dry the detector with a cloth if necessary.
Make sure that no moisture enters the detector. Do not allow sunlight
to shine directly on the detector for extended periods of time.
The use or operation of transmitters or machines that generate a
strong, electromagnetic field (e.g. microwaves) can affect the
detection results.
For best results, do not wear jewelry such as rings or watches when
using the detector. Metal objects may cause inaccurate detection.
When detecting wood, the tool must always be in contact with the wall
surface during the scan. Make sure that the fingers of the hand holding
the tool do not touch the surface to be scanned.
Under certain conditions (e.g. behind metallic or conductive surfaces
or on damp walls), detection may not be reliable.
Do not work with the detector in explosive environments or in environ-
ments where flammable liquids, gases or dusts are present.
For technological reasons, the detector cannot guarantee one
hundred percent safety. To exclude hazards, be sure to secure yourself
with other sources of information, such as construction plans, before
working.
