3 Years Manufacturer‘s Warranty
Manufacturer’s Terms and Conditions of Warranty (3 years)
Effective by 24/07/2019, Territorial Validity: European Union and Switzerland
1) New devices and their components which show a defect due to manufacturing errors and/or material defects
during the time of 3 years from the date on the purchase receipt, will be replaced with a technically comparable
or better device or repaired by the choice of Joy-iT.
The warranty includes all components of the PC which were included on delivery (additionally components, built-
in by the costumer, are excluded from manufacturer’s warranty) and is legit since the date of the purchase re-
ceipt. If you desire to claim this warranty, please return your reclaimed article to us together with a precise
description of the error and the receipt.

Regardless of this, the statutory warranty claims of the costumer remain unchanged.
2) This warranty does not apply if the defect was based on improper use, wrong installation of the device and/or
non-compliance of the manual/handbook. If the costumer installs additional components which lead to a dama-
ge of the original components, the warranty claim expires.
3) In the course of this warranty, losses of data and consequential damages cannot be claimed. Data carriers may
be deleted or replaced in the course of the reparation works. Joy-iT generally assumes no liability for data losses
and the therefrom resulting consequential damages or losses. Please make sure to secure your data with backup
copies on your own.
4) If a reparation or a replacement is not possible due to economical or other reasons, the costumer earns a
refund of the purchase price or obtains an equivalent device replacement. The decision about economical or
other reasons is solely up to the discretion of Joy-iT. With the refund of the purchase price, Joy-iT has fulfilled its
contractual obligations.
5) The warranty period does not begin anew with a replacement or reparation.
6) The purchase receipt is valid as warranty certificate. Warranty is only valid for the purchaser and cannot be
transferred.
