5.20 Project 20: 8x8 LED Matrix
A 8x8 LED matrix contains 64 LEDs.
Every single LED is placed in the intersecon of row and
column.
The LED will light up If the level of the row is 1 and the level
of the column is 0.
For example:
If you want to turn on the rst LED, you have to turn PIN 9
to HIGH and PIN 13 to LOW.
