Warranty

you or to damage to the power tool unit or parts caused by fires, misuse, accident, Acts
of God (such as lightning,
earthquakes, floods, etc,) fluctuations in electric mains power, improper installation,
improper maintenance, or use in
violation of instructions furnished by the JOOLTOOL™ company; use or malfunction
through simultaneous use of this
power tool unit and connected equipment; or to units that have been modified or had the
serial number removed,
altered, defaced, or rendered illegible.
(3) Units used and/or sold outside the U.S.A. and returned to the manufacturer for repair
or replacement are subject to
the current restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping fees. Packages must also
be insured for their full value.
