Installation Guide

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and

hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Estimated Assembly Time: 20 minutes.

1.Sepetate the Mounting Plate(A) from the Canopy (D) by unscrewing the Canopy Nut(E)anti-clockwise.

2.Press the Holder Tube(L2) into the Steel Cable Holder(L1), then adjust the length of the Steel Cable (M)

as your desired length.

3.Adjust the length of the Power Cord(N) accordingly(longer than the steel cable) by inserting into the

Canopy(D) then fix it by inserting through the Strain Relief(K) against the Canopy(D).

4. Insert the bulb (H) into the Socket(J). Be sure to use light bulb(H) with wattage no greater than

specified on this fixture. Always make sure that electrical current is turned off before changing bulb.

PLEASUE USE TYPE"A" BULB MAX 40-WATT OR CFL BULB MAX 13-WATT OR LED MAX 9-WATT

THERE IS 1 X 9W LED BULB IN THE BOX.

5. Place the metal shade of the Lamp Body(I) onto the Glass Shade(G), making sure the threaded portions

of the Glass Shade(G) extending through the 3 holes on the metal shade. And fix it in place with Ball Nuts (F).

6. Attach the Mounting Plate (A) to the ceiling junction box and secure it by tightening 2 Mounting Screws (C)

with a screwdriver until secure.

Connect, Hot, Black or Red Outlet Supply Wire to:

Connect, Neutral, White Outlet Supply Wire to:

Black

* Parallel Cord (round & smooth) * Parallel Cord (square & ridged)

Clear, Brown, Gold or Black without Tracer (colored

stripes)

Clear, Brown, Gold or Black with Tracer (colored stripes)

Insulated Wire (not green) with copper metal conductor Insulated Wire (not green) with Silver metal conductor.

*Note: When parallel wire ( SPT I & SPT II ) is used. The neutral wire is square shaped

and ridged and the hot wire will be round in shape and smooth. ( See Illustration on left. )

Grounding Instructions:

a) For installation in the United States: Wrap ground wire from outlet box around green ground screw on

mounting bracket, no less than 2" from wire end. Tighten ground screw. If fixture is supplied with a ground

wire, connect to outlet ground wire with a wire connector.

b) For installation in Canada: If fixture is supplied with ground wire, wrap ground wire around green grounding

screw on mounting bracket. Tighten ground screw.

7. Attach the Canopy(D) to the junction box and fix it by turning the Canopy Nut (E) clockwise.
