DIRECTIONS FOR USE - It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its
labeling.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
For Mold and mildew control, prevention, deodorization and general disinfection applications in Commercial, Industrial,
Schools, Apartments and Homes:
•
Remove all heavy build-up of gross filth and/or loose debris from areas to be treated.
•
Shake container well before use. Make sure bottle or container is tightly sealed to avoid leaking.
•
For 32 oz. Spray: Apply product to hard, non-porous surfaces thoroughly and evenly, 6-8 inches away from surface.
Use SPRAY nozzle position for large areas or STREAM for a concentrated jet on hard to reach areas. For 1 gallon:
Apply product to hard, non-porous surfaces with a commercial low pressure sprayer, wet mop, sponge, wipe or other
suitable application device, thoroughly wetting surfaces. Note: Where mist or vapors may be generated, proper
ventilation must be provided in accordance with good ventilation practices. In the absence of proper environmental
controls, a NIOSH approved respirator is advised.
•
Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Let sit on surface for 10 minutes.
•
Wipe dry with a cloth, sponge or mop allow to air dry. For heavily soiled surfaces, a pre-cleaning is recommended.
Rinse all surfaces that come in contact with foods such as countertops, appliances, tables and stovetops with potable
water before reuse. Do not use on utensils, glassware and dishes.
•
Repeat every 7 days or more frequently if growth occurs.
To Deodorize: Spray surfaces as needed to eliminate odors retained on hard surfaces.
Application Data - Actual coverage will depend upon quantity of product and porosity of surface.
PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: Hazards to Human and Domestic Animals
CAUTION: Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and
water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash clothing before reuse.
FIRST AID
If swallowed: Call poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass
of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or
doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if
present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for
treatment and advice.
If on skin or clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15
minutes. Call a poison control center for treatment advice.
If inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial
respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further
treatment advice.

Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for
treatment.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Do not discharge effluent
containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans or public waters unless in accordance with the
requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been
notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this product to sewer systems without
