To turn on the detector, press key, each LED will blink from top to bottom once. The detector is ready to begin detecting the laser beam. The detector is in coarse mode when first turned on. Press the key again to switch to the fine mode. Press the key for 4 seconds and the LEDs will blink from the center to two sides. The detector is now turned off.

Installing the remote display inside the cab will allow the operator to view the five indicating arrows up close rather than on the detector.
