Air Pressure Gages
The G-2010 Air Pressure Gages
provide continuous visual
indication of air pressure or
On-Off status in pneumatic
control systems. The gages are
available in standard sizes of
1-1/2 to 3-1/2 in. (38 to 89 mm)
with various mounting
configurations (see Table 1).
The dull black lacquer finish and
black printing contrast with the
white dial face for easy
readability and attractive
appearance. The equivalent
metric scale is printed in blue.
The clear plastic protective lens
screws off for cleaning. A
chrome ring borders the snap-on
plastic lens of the 2 in. gages.
The On-Off indicator is divided
into bright fluorescent segments
which change from red to green
as the pressure changes from
zero to maximum or vice versa.
This indicator may be used with
either a 0 to 15 or 0 to 20 psig
(0 to 105 or 0 to 140 kPa) supply
system.
Mounting
The 2, 2-1/2, and 3-1/2 in. gages
can be flush or surface
mounted. For flush mounting,
U-clamps are furnished with
break-off notches to
accommodate panel thicknesses
from 1/16 to 3/4 in. (2 to 19 mm).
Repair Information
Field repairs must not be made.
