Symptom Problem Solution
Mobile device is unable to
download application from
application store.
Incompatible mobile device hardware
or operating system.
Verify that compatible mobile device
hardware and operating system is
being used. Refer to Deere.com or
your John Deere dealer for compatible
version of mobile device hardware
and operating systems.
Insu󰀩cient mobile device memory. Verify that mobile device has su󰀩cient
memory to download the mobile
application. Refer to mobile device
manufacturer for managing mobile
device memory.
No internet connectivity. Verify data plan or that Wi-Fi® is
enabled. Refer to mobile device
manufacturer support material for
diagnosing internet connectivity
issues.
Insu󰀩cient battery level. Ensure that mobile device meets
manufacturer minimum battery level
requirements for downloading
applications.
Application store issues. Application store may be experiencing
issues. Attempt to download
application at a later time.
