Diagnostic LEDs
A key aid to gain insight into the working state of the 450
RTK system are the LEDs on both the RTK radio and
the inline amplifier. These diagnostic lights can be used
during setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
450 MHz RTK Radio LEDs
There are three radio LEDs. They can be seen after the
radio has been powered. They are viewed through a
small window on the front of the radio.
The LEDs can be used to determine
□ Is the radio powered?
□ Is the radio is configured as a Base Station or a vehicle?
□ Is the radio searching or linked?
□ Is the radio in configuration mode?
The radio enters configuration mode when parameters are
being read/set or when diagnostics are being retrieved.
While in configure mode, the radio does not transmit or
receive communications.
The meanings of the radio LED states are provided in the
table below.
