Machinestates
Agmachinesaremonitoredbythefollowingmachinestates:Idle,Working,andTransport.Detailedstates
areavailableforsomemachinetypes.
C&Fmachinesaremonitoredbythefollowingmachinestates:Key-On,Idle,LowLoad,MediumLoad,and
HighLoad.

Roadmapandsatellitemap
locationanddrivingdirections
MapdisplayslocationofamachinewhenitlastcalledinusingEsri®mappingservice.Mapcanbedisplayed
asstreetmap,satelliteimagerywithnostreetinfo,satelliteimagerywithstreetmapoverlay,orlandcontour
mapwithstreetmapoverlay.Selectingmachineiconletsusergeneratedrivingdirectionstoorfrommachine.
Machinehours
Machinehoursdisplayshoursthatamachinewasonoroffandthedatesthathourswerereported.Usercan
usetimefiltertoviewhoursforaspecificdaterange.
GeofenceandcurfewalertsGeofenceallowsusertosetupadefinedarea.Analertcanbesetuptonotifyownerifmachineentersor
exitsthatspecificgeofence.Curfewalertsfeatureenablesuserstosetwhenamachineshouldbeallowed
toturnon.Forexample,ifusersonlywantamachinetooperatefrom9a.m.to5p.m.,andthatmachine
isstartedat6:05p.m.,analertissenttotheusers.Thesealertscanbesentthroughe-mailorSMStext
message,dependingonoperator'spreference.
HoursofoperationHoursofoperationfunctiondisplayshoursandtimeofdayamachinewasrunningorshutdownbymonth.
MonthlyreportscanbeprintedorexportedaseitherCSForPDFfiles.
Exportorschedulede-mailreportEngineHoursUsageandRemoteDisplayAccessreportscanberequestedase-mailreports.Alerts,
Ultimate—Utilization,Ultimate—Fuel,andMaintenancereportscanbescheduledtobee-mailedtoupto
fiverecipientsataspecifiedfrequency.
ServiceADVISOR™RemoteServiceADVISOR™Remote(SAR)allowsdealertechniciantoremotelyaccessdiagnostictroublecode
information,createreadingsandrecordings,andprogramcontrollerswithouthavingtovisitthemachine.

Advancedmachineutilization
MTGrecordsdatafromsensorsthroughoutthemachine.Thetypesofadvancedmachineutilizationdata
collectedvarybymachinetypeandmodel.Oneexampleofmachineutilizationinformationisatablewith
amountoffuelconsumedbyeachmachine.Otherexamplesareaveragefuelrate,averagegroundspeed,
averageenginespeed,andaveragecoolanttemperature.
Systemusageinformation(percent
ofAutoTrac™utilization)
Systemusageinformationdisplaystheamountoftimethatcertaincomponentsandfeaturesofthemachine
areinuse(forexample,AutoTrac™orIVT™).
Maintenancemanagement
Maintenanceprofileallowsuserstoviewwhentheirmachinesarecomingdue,aredue,orareoverduefor
maintenance.Usersmayelecttoallowthird-partyaccesstotheirlocalJohnDeeredealer,somaintenance
canbescheduledrightaway.
Remotediagnosticsusing
diagnostictroublecodes
JDLink™canalertuserswhenoneoftheirmachinesissuesadiagnostictroublecode.Managerscanview
thecodeonthewebsitetoknowexactlywhichcodeshavebeengeneratedonthemachine.Userscangivea
dealershipaccesstotheirJDLink™accounttoviewmaintenanceprofileoftheirmachines.Userscanalso
setuptheiraccounttosendalertstoadealershipthroughE-mailorSMStext.

Access(RDA)
RDAenablesusertoviewthedisplayofamachinebeingoperatedinthefieldliveonaninternet-connected
devicesuchasacomputer,tablet,orsmartphone.
JohnDeereWirelessDataTransfer
(WDT)
WDTenablesusertouploadsetupdataandprescriptionstoanddownloaddocumentationdatafroma
displayusingtheMTG.
