ServiceIntervals
ServiceIntervalsareremindersofwhenregular
maintenanceneedstobeperformedonamachine.
SelectAddServiceIntervalbuttontocreateanewservice
interval.Anunlimitednumberofserviceintervalscanbe
added.
Onceaserviceintervaliscreated,itisaddedtothelist
anddisplayedwiththename,elapsedtime,andinterval
amount.
Theoperatorselectsthenametoidentifythespecific
serviceinterval.
Elapsedindicatesthenumberofhourssincetheservice
intervalwasreset.
Intervalisthenumberofhoursbetweeneachservice.
Theintervalsaresortedfromleastamountoftimedue
tothemostamountoftimedue.Theyarethensorted
byname,inalpha-numericalorder,withprioritygivento
numbers.
Twentyhoursbeforetheserviceintervalisdue,the
systemwillinformtheoperatorthatthemachinewill
needtobeservicedsoon.Oncethemessagehasbeen
acknowledged,thesystemwillinformtheoperatorabout
theupcomingserviceateverystartupuntilserviceinterval
isreset.
Calibrations
Usethisapplicationtoperformmachinecalibrations,such
aswheelslipcalibrationandradarcalibration.
RadarCalibration(A)
Aradardeviceneedstobecalibratedwhenitisfirst
installedonthemachineorthereisadifferencebetween
radarspeedandactualgroundspeedwhenoperating
unloadedonahardsurface.Currently,thesystem
supportsJohnDeeredualbeamradars.
NOTE:Inwindyconditions,movingpartssuchasleaves,
dust,orgravelcancauseinaccurateradarspeed.
WheelSlipCalibration(B)
Calibratewheelslipifthereisamismatchbetweenradar
speedandwheelspeedwhenoperatingunloadedona
hardsurface.Formoreinformation,seeMachineMonitor.
