Choosing the Right Blade
The Cross Blade is ideal for:

Tips and Techniques
The Rapido motor is very powerful and it’s very easy to turn your ingredients into mush if 
you’re not careful. 
Here are a few techniques that will help you to get the perfect consistency for all your 
recipes.
Pulsing for chopped, coarse 
or chunky results
The best way to prepare ingredients like 
onions or tomatoes is to simply press the 
cup down quickly on the base, then release 
(fig.4). 
This produces several quick pulse bursts of 
processing action, helping you to achieve 
the exact consistency you require.
