Ingredients
3 Granny Smith or Bramley apples, peeled, cored and diced
¼ tsp cinnamon
Squeeze of lemon juice
125g caster sugar
100g plain flour
60g butter, cold, cut into small pieces

3. Remove the blade, and microwave for 3-4 minutes or just until the apples begin
to soften.
4. Divide and spoon the mixture into an oven ready bowl.
5. Allow the apples to cool. Clean the Short Cup and Cross Blade. Put the flour
and the remaining sugar and butter in the Short Cup.
6. Using the Cross Blade, pulse until the mixture has the consistency of
bread crumbs.
7. Divide and spoon the mixture evenly over the top of the apples, without
pressing down.
8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown and
crumbly. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
