Dinners
For the meatballs (makes about 4-6 meatballs)
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
½ onion, cut into several pieces
1 clove of garlic
500g freshly minced beef
1 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 free-range egg, beaten
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1.  Preheat your oven to 180°C. 
2.  Using the Tall Cup and the Cross Blade, mix the garlic, onion, parsley and olive 
  oil until they are finely minced. 
3.  Add the minced beef, egg, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper and pulse until 
  everything is mixed through. 
4.  To form the meatballs, use your hands and take enough meat to create 
  individual golf-ball sized balls. 
5.  Brown each meatball evenly in a frying pan with olive oil. As soon as all the 
  meatballs are browned evenly on the surface, place them onto a baking tray and  
  bake for 15-20 minutes. 
6.  Serve together with the sauce and cooked pasta, with freshly chopped parsley 
  and parmesan sprinkled over the top.
