Dips and Dressings
Dignified Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
2 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
100ml olive oil or vegetable oil
Fresh herbs such as chives, tarragon, parsley, and/or basil (optional)
1. Place all ingredients into the Tall Cup and, using the Cross Blade, blend
until smooth.
This vinaigrette is very light and a highly versatile dressing for any type of salad.
