Dips and Dressings
Hot Three-Cheese Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
125g cream cheese
250g mayonnaise
65g parmesan
220g mozzarella
225g artichoke hearts, drained
2 spring onions, cut into quarters
Dash of hot sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1. Place the cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan and mozzarella into the
Tall Cup.
2. Pulse using the Cross Blade until the cheeses are finely blended through.
Add onions and artichoke hearts and pulse until coarsely chopped and the
mixture is chunky.
3. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
4. Set your oven to 180°C. Transfer the dip to a pie plate or shallow gratin dish.
5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.
6. Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, croutons or fresh vegetables.
