Dips and Dressings
Zesty Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients
225g mayonnaise
6-7 spring onions, white and green parts, cut into quarters
30 fresh basil leaves
65g freshly-squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tsp anchovy paste
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
150g sour cream
1. Place all the ingredients into the Tall Cup and, using the Cross Blade, blend
together all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping, such as carrot and celery sticks,
radishes, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower florets.
