Southern Sweet Potato Mash
Ingredients
1 sweet potato, peeled, cut into quarters
30g butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp whipping cream
Pinch cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
1.  Place the sweet potato into the Tall Cup and with the Steamer Top, microwave 
  for 8-10 minutes or until soft. 
2.  Remove the lid. Add the butter, brown sugar, whipping cream and 
  cayenne pepper. 
3.  Use the Cross Blade, purée until a mash consistency is reached. 
4.  Season with salt and pepper.
