Sandwiches
Tempting Tuna Salad
Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
2x 160g tins of tuna in oil, drained
2 sticks of celery, stringy parts removed, cut into thirds
¼ red onion, roughly chopped
4 sweet gherkins or 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
100g mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1. Add the ingredients in the order they appear to the Tall Cup and twist on the
Cross Blade.
2. Pulse until you’ve reached a spreading consistency.
3. Spread over your favourite sandwich bread and serve.
