Honey Mustard Mini-Sausages
Ingredients
48 cocktail sausages
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
6 tbsp sunflower oil or vegetable oil
Cocktail sticks
1. Roast or fry the cocktail sausages according to the pack instructions.
2. For the sauce, place all the other ingredients into the Short Cup, attach the
Cross Blade and blend until mixed.
3. Pour the sauce over the cooked sausages while they are still hot.
4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately (or reheat before serving)
with cocktail sticks.
