Breakfast
Morning Muffins
Makes 1-6 muffins
Ingredients
1 egg (whisk one egg in order to divide)
50ml milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
120g plain flour
50g caster sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Requires 6 paper muffin/cake cases
1.  Preheat your oven to 190°C. Place all ingredients into the Tall Cup and attach 
  the Cross Blade. 
2.  Pulse the mixture several times. Batter should be lumpy - do not over-mix. 
3.  Place the paper cases in a cake tray and spoon the batter to fill 2/3 of 
  each case. 
4.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 
5.  Place muffins on a rack to cool before serving.
