Breakfast
Blackberry Sauce
Ingredients
250g blackberries
65g golden caster sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
1. Put the blackberries and sugar into a small pan with 100ml water.
2. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes or until the fruit is soft.
3. Stir in the lemon juice and remove from the heat. Allow to cool.
4. Place the contents into the Tall Cup and attach the Cross Blade. Blend
until smooth.
5. Strain the sauce through a sieve to remove the seeds. Serve warm or cold over
pancakes, or over desserts like vanilla ice cream or cheesecake.
