Using Rapido
Using the Juicer
Screw the Cross Blade onto the bottom of
the Blender Jug. Place the Extractor into the
jug, making sure you line-up the three
notches on the extractor with the three ribs
at the bottom of the Jug. Place on the lid,
but remove the pop-top (fig.8).
Place the Blender and Juicer on the Power
Base. Make sure your ingredients are close
by so that you can feed them into the Juicer
as soon as the power is on.
Push the Juicer down and twist clockwise to
turn on. Start to feed your ingredients into
the Juicer, using the Plunger to force them
down onto the blade.
Please Note: It’s better not to add the ingredients until Rapido is on and the blade is
spinning, as this will help to reduce the risk of the blades becoming jammed.
Cleaning and Care
All parts, excluding the Power Base, are dishwasher safe (top shelf). Alternatively, they can be
cleaned in warm soapy water. Take care when cleaning the blades as they are very sharp.
Please Note: There is a rubber seal on each of the blades that is essential for preventing
leakages. This white coloured seal is a ring just below the turning blade. When using a
dishwasher, the seal can become loose. Make sure you have it fixed firmly in place before
using again.
To clean the Power Base, first ensure that it is unplugged from the mains. Wipe it down with
a damp cloth, ensuring the white tabs on the top are clear of any obstructions that may
cause Rapido to keep working when it should switch off automatically.
