Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
200g baby spinach
8 eggs, whisked
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Scramble Egg
wit Spinac
Serve 4
Method
Heat GoChef™ to 160°C. Add the oil and spinach. Stir fry
for one minute until the spinach has wilted.
Add the eggs and turn GoChef™ down to 140°C. Cook,
stirring occasionally until the egg sets. Stir in the
parmesan cheese and the chilli flakes.
