innkeeper 1rx™ Digital Hybrid
Serial Port Interface
ASCII Command Remote Control
innkeeper 1rx digital hybrids built after April 2007 include an RS-232 interface for
remote control applications. The enclosed CN081 serial port cable connects to
the <Remote> jack on the back of the innkeeper 1rx.
The port is congured with:

The serial port accepts the following ASCII commands:
All commands begin with the ‘/’ character, and will be automatically executed
whenever a carriage return ‘<-’, or the next ‘/’ character is received.
n = Parameter value for the command.
s = Digit string used in manual dialing mode (up to 20 digits).

Esc Escape Clears / escapes current command before execution.

/DIs Dial Take line off-hook and dial phone number.
‘,’ Each comma will insert a one second pause in the digit string (Max
Delay = 5 sec).
‘!’ To insert a ash hook in the digit string.
