1. Battery Test
Press this button to test the battery, the LED indicates if it has a charge. The
unit may still function if the LED does not light, but there may be signicant
audio distortion and a loss of level as the battery continues to discharge.
Under normal use you should get at least 20 hours of continuous use from
one 9 volt alkaline battery.
2. Visual Ring Indicator
The Ring LED will ash when there is an incoming call from the phone line.
This feature is disabled when ComPack is being used with the handset
interface or the wireless phone interface.
3. Phone Line
Use this jack to connect to standard analog telephone lines. This jack
should not be connected directly to digital PBX or ISDN phone systems.
