2. Help
In the "Help" section, you will find operating instructions of the APP and hearing aids.
3. Seting
The "Seting" section contains four parts: "My Devices", "Language Settings", "Version Update"
and "About".
1). My Devices
As shown in Figure 4, on the "My Devices" page, you can view the device information, or perform
operations such as "Find The Device" and "Factory Reset".

1.1). Bluetooth connected indicator
As shown in Figure 4, after the hearing aid establishes a Bluetooth connection with the mobile phone,
the Bluetooth connected indicator does not flash by default.
If you need the indicator to flash, please turn on the switch of "BT Connect LED", and the hearing aid
will flash the indicator at intervals to prompt that Bluetooth is connected.
1.2). Find The Device
As shown in Figure 4, when your hearing aid is connected to the app and you can't find it, then you can
click the "Find The Device" button and follow the prompted steps. The app will cause the hearing aid to
beep loudly to help you find it.
