6. Firewall

6.1. General Settings

Descriptions:

1. Input: Data packets access to the router’s IP.

2. Output: Data packets sent by the router’s IP.

3. Forward: Data forwarding between the interfaces, not go through the router.

4. Masquerading: WAN and 4G interface. The source IP address will be disguised before accessing the

external network.

5. MSS clamping: Limit the MSS packets, generally is 1460.

Masquerading will disguise the source IP address of the data packets to the WAN IP address of the router.
