Inserting
a passbook
1.
Power
on the
printer.
After
initialization,
only the “ON” LED
should remain
on.
2. While
pressing
the center seam and w
i
th
printable
side facing up, insert a passbook into the
paper
loader
until the edge of the passbook engages snugly w
i
th
the platen. The passbook should advance
automatically
to the print
position.
Now the
printer is
ready to
print
as shown below.
Tractor
Feed
Handling (for Tractor
version)
1. Move the
paper-feed lever
to “ ”
for continuous paper
position.
2. Raise the tractor
doors
and fit the first 3
paper
holes onto the left
tractor
pins. Close the left
tractor
door. In
the same way,
install
the
paper
on the
right
tractor.
3. Adjust the right tractor to the w
i
d
t
h
of the
paper
until the
paper
is flat. Do not stretch the
paper
too taut.
Push the right lock
lever
down to
secure
the
right tractor
in place.
4. Press t

to load the
paper
to the
starting
print
position.
The
printer is
now ready to
print
in the
online
state.
