Note:
（1）Make sure the cover is closed when operating the printer, as there is a cover open detect sensor.
（2）Do not load media that is curled or folded.
（3）Do not use media that attaches any metal, such as staple.
（4）Do not load passbook that is damaged, wrinkled or w i th loose centre seam.
（5）Do not use passbook that has sticky glue.
（6）Do not use passbook in which the inner pages are smaller than cover pages.
（ 7 ） Print on the inner pages of the passbook only. Do not print on the cover pages.
（8）Flatten the passbook before printing for better reliability.
Inserting a cut sheet
1. Power on the printer. After initialization, only the “ON” LED should remain on.
2. W
i th printableside facing up, insert a paper into the paper loader until the edge of the paper engages
snugly w i th the platen. The paper should advance automatically to the print position. Now the printer is
ready to
print as shown in the following figure.
When using a cut sheet, the paper eject
direction can be selected in the configuration setting. There are two
directions: front and rear.
