You should activate the correct sensor for your media in use: 1. Gap sensor: for labels or tickets & tags - with a gap or notch separating consecutive media. 2. Black mark sensor: for receipts/tickets - with pre-printed black stripes on the back.

When every printout is poor in quality, the thickness is incorrect. When the printout is poor only on one side, the width is incorrect.
