Factory Reset Function

The factory reset function restores the unit to its factory default settings. Reset the

system for the following reasons:

• Initial installation of the unit when all wiring is completed.

• All the function buttons do not operate.

• Error symbol on the display panel.

To Reset the System:

1. Remove the front panel to access the RESET button.

2. Use the tip of a ballpoint pen or sharp metal object to press the RESET button.

The factory default settings are restored.

Note: If you press the reset button, and the unit still does not operate, please use a

cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol to clean the multi-pin connector on

the front panel.
