LIMITED WARRANTY
Foroneyearfromthedateof purchase,whenthismajorapplianceis operatedandmaintainedaccordingto instructionsattachedtoor furnishedwiththeproduct,Jenn-Airbrandof
WhirlpoolCorporationor WhirlpoolCanadaLP(hereafter"Jenn-Air")willpayfor factoryspecifiedpartsandrepairlaborto correctdefectsin materialsorworkmanship.Servicemustbe
providedbya Jenn-Airdesignatedservicecompany.Thislimitedwarrantyisvalidonlyin theUnitedStatesorCanadaandappliesonly whenthemajorapplianceisusedinthecountryin
whichitwaspurchased.Outsidethe50UnitedStatesandCanada,this limitedwarrantydoesnotapply.Proofoforiginalpurchasedate is requiredto obtainserviceunderthis limited
warranty,
SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON CERTAIN COMPONENT PARTS
In thesecondthroughfifth yearsfromthedateof purchase,whenthisapplianceis operatedandmaintainedaccordingto instructionsattachedto orfurnishedwiththeproduct,Jenn-Airwill
payfor factoryspecifiedpartsforthefollowingcomponents(ifapplicabletothe product)if defectivein materialsor workmanship:
• Electric element
• Touch Pad and microprocessor
• Glass ceramic cooktop: if due to thermal breakaCle
• Electric controls
• Maqnetron tube
• Sealed qas burners
ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
This limited warranty does not cover:
1. Servicecallsto correctthe installationof yourmajorappliance,to instructyouonhowto useyour majorappliance,to replaceor repairhousefuses,or to correcthousewiringor
plumbing.
2. Servicecallsto repairor replaceappliancelightbulbs,air filtersorwaterfilters.Consumablepartsareexcludedfromwarrantycoverage.
3. Repairswhenyour majorapplianceis usedfor otherthannormal,single-familyhouseholduseorwhenit is usedina mannerthat iscontraryto publisheduseror operatorinstructions
and/orinstallationinstructions.
4. Damageresultingfromaccident,alteration,misuse,abuse,fire,flood,actsof God,improperinstallation,installationnotinaccordancewithelectricalor plumbingcodes,oruse of
consumablesor cleaningproductsnotapprovedbyJenn-Air.
5. Cosmeticdamage,includingscratches,dents,chipsorotherdamageto thefinishof yourmajorappliance,unlesssuchdamageresultsfromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipand
is reportedto Jenn-Airwithin30daysfromthedateof purchase.
6. Anyfood lossdueto refrigeratoror freezerproductfailures.
7. Costsassociatedwiththe removalfromyour homeof your majorappliancefor repairs.Thismajorapplianceis designedto be repairedinthehomeandonlyin-homeserviceis
coveredbythiswarranty.
8. Repairsto partsorsystemsresultingfromunauthorizedmodificationsmadeto the appliance.
9. Expensesfor travelandtransportationfor productserviceifyourmajorapplianceis locatedin a remoteareawhereserviceby anauthorizedJenn-Airserviceris notavailable.
10. The removalandreinstallationofyour majorapplianceif itis installedinan inaccessiblelocationor isnotinstalledin accordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions.
11. Majorapplianceswithoriginalmodel/serialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,alteredor cannotbeeasilydetermined.Thiswarrantyis void ifthefactoryappliedserialnumberhas
beenalteredor removedfromyourmajorappliance.
Thecostof repairorreplacementundertheseexcludedcircumstancesshall bebornebythecustomer.

INCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGES,ORLIMITATIONSONTHEDURATIONOFIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESS,SOTHESE
