What is Not Covered By These Warranties
1.Conditionsand damagesresultingfrom anyof the following:
a. Improperinstallation,delivery,or maintenance.
b.Any repair,modification,alteration,or adjustmentnot authorizedby
the manufactureror an authorizedservicer.
c. Misuse,abuse,accidents,unreasonableuse,or acts of God.
d. Incorrectelectriccurrent, voltage,or supply.
e. Impropersetting of anycontrol.
2. Warrantiesarevoid if the original serialnumbershave beenremoved,altered,
or cannotbe readilydetermined.
3. Light bulbs.
4. Productspurchasedfor commercialor industrialuse.
5. The cost of serviceor servicecall to:
a. Correct installationerrors.
b. Instructthe user onthe proper useof the product.
c. Transportthe applianceto the servicerand back.
6. Consequentialor incidentaldamagessustainedby any personas a resultof
any breachof thesewarranties. Somestatesdo not allow the exclusionor
limitation of consequentialor incidentaldamages,so the aboveexclusionmay
not apply.
