Our standard high-performance Low-E insulating glass lowers energy costs, helps homes
stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, prevents fading of interior furnishings,
and reduces condensation. It also delivers greater visible light transmittance than tinted
glass. We also offer optional LoĒ
3
-366 glass which provides more protection against heat
loss and fading, and which allows our windows to achieve ENERGY STAR
®
qualifications.

®
Glass
A little help from the sun. The titanium dioxide layer of Neat Glass reacts chemically with
the sun’s UV rays and causes organic materials that are on the glass to decompose. It
works even on cloudy days, as 80% of UV radiation gets through cloud cover. Thus when
it rains, the decomposed dirt no longer clings to the glass, easily rinsing away.

replacement windows. The pocket replacement frame includes a head expander and sill
adaptor to fit into existing frame. The block frame design does not include head expander
or sill adaptor.
We use only high-quality extruded vinyl. The color isn’t applied to the surface
alone—instead it goes all the way through the vinyl. This feature ensures it will resist
fading and will not chip or peel.
