HARDWARE LIST 10 S T 10 SPARE T 1 Be sure to check all packing material carefully for small parts, which may have come loose inside the carton during shipment.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place part #4 vertically on clean padded surface, insert wood dowel D to edge of part #4. Insert another end of wood dowel through part #6, use screw C and allen key H to connect part #6 with bottom edge of part #4, fasten screws to secure part #6 with part #4. With help of adult partner, turn the assembled unit upright, insert wood dowel D to side of part #6. Use philips head screwdriver to fasten cam bolt A to side of part #6.
3 Lay down the assembled unit with adult partner. Insert wood dowel D to edge of part #6/#9. Insert wood dowel D to dowel holes on part #2, use screw C and allen key H to connect part #2 and part#6/#9, fasten screws to secure part #2 with part #6/#9. Place part #3 on clean padded surface, Insert wood dowel D and fasten cam bolt A to part #3 then insert cam bolt and wood dowel through end hole of part #11,Insert and fasten cam lock B to secure part #11 with part #3. Then use sticker to cover the cam lock.
9 Place assembled unit side down on clean padded surface, insert wood dowel D to edge of part #3. Use philips head screw driver to fasten cam bolt A to bottom of part #3. Insert wood dowel D, fasten cam bolt A into end holes on part #6/#9, insert cam lock into part #6/#9 then use philips head screwdriver to fasten cam lock to secure part #3 with part #6/#9 and use sticker O to cover the cam lock. 6 18 19 18 7 Insert part #19 to side hole on part #18.
T T H T*10 O*10 Place part #8 on clean padded surface . Use philips head screwdriver to fasten cam bolt A to part #8. Insert cam bolt on part #7/#8 through end hole of part #11/#9, then insert cam lock B to part #11/#9, use philips head screwdriver to fasten cam lock B to secure part#11/ #9 with part #7/#8 and use sticker O to cover the cam lock. T Use screw T to connect part #7/#8 with part #3/#4/#2, fasten all screws to secure then use sticker O to cover the screw holes.
9 7 Use open wrench M to attach casters L to bottom of part #7/#8, fasten to secure all casters. 10 6 8 Turn the whole unit upright, then insert shelf pin G to predrilled hole on inside of part #6/#8 as desired level then place part #5 on top of all shelf pins.
E R 10 K R E*2 E*2 R K Use screw E and philips head screwdriver to attach door hinge F to back side of part #10. Use screw R and philips head screwdriver to attach mending plate K to back side of part #10. Use screw P and philips head screwdriver to attach knob N to front of part #10.
With help of adult partner to hold the door, then use screw E and philips head screwdriver to attach door hinge F to part #8. Use screw R and philips head screw driver to attach magnetic catch to pilot hole on part #2/#3. Gradually adjust the bolt on hinge then slightly move the door to set it level while needed.
Place part #12 on clean padded surface. Use philips head screwdriver to fasten cam bolt A to part #12. Insert cam bolt A through end hole of part #13/#14/#15, then insert and fasten cam lock B to secure part #12 with part #13/#14/#15 and use sticker O to cover the cam lock.
Insert part #17 through lower groove on part #14/#15 Use philips head screwdriver and screw I to connect part #16 with part #13/#14/#15, fasten to secure. 12 E*2 Place the drawer upright, use philips head screwdriver and screw E to attach hand pull Q on part #12.
Carefully slide the steel ball on female drawer slides to front end. Carefully align male and female slides then insert the drawer gradually. Loose the screw on male slide and slightly adjust the position of drawer then fasten again while needed.
