VBS3Fires v3.6.3 User Guide

Once VBS3 is installed, “FiresIPAddress.dat” is automatically in VBS Root VBS3\config\Simcentric.

Then right click and edit the file. Add Loopback IP as “127.0.0.1" and save.

 Open “FiresIPAddress.dat” and enter the IP address of the VBS3Fires Instructor. This will be

the VBS3Fires workstation of the VBS3 Admin (Host). Eg: 192.168.1.3

 In VBS3 Admin Open “FiresIPAddress.dat” and enter the IP Address of the VBS3Fires Trainee

station. This will be the VBS3Fires workstation of the VBS3 Admin/User.

 VBS3 Admin (Host) and VBS3 Admin/ User joins the server. The person who connects to the

server primarily will be the admin of that particular scenario.

 VBS3Fires Instructor connects the VBS3Fires Trainee station using Network Connection

Manager.

 VBS3 Admin Host will be using the Fires Instructor station while VBS3 Admin / User will use

the Fires Trainee station for the mission.
