Transferring of trainees has been handled across all panels of VBS3Fires that get affected in anyway.

A trainee that has been transferred and is no longer available to a particular instructor would be

prefixed with a dash (Instructor Control Panel – FOs list). For Eg: a trainee as ‘R1’ or ‘ROGER’ would

be ‘-R1’ or ‘-ROGER’. An instructor will not be able to process a fire mission selecting a transferred

trainee by the ICP or the Fire Schedule Worksheet. If a trainee is currently involved in a fire mission

and is being transferred, the trainee would be transferred and the mission would be ended

automatically by the application.

24.16.2 Battery Locking Mechanism

Once the VBS3 mission is hosted, any instructor or trainee can allocate a Battery for a fire mission. At

this point the Battery moves to the state “Locked”. The Locked state is displayed on the Gun panel of

the other instructors, the Batteries would also be locked for trainees that are connected to the other

instructors.

If an instructor tries to allocate a Battery which is already locked through ICP, then his terminal gets

an error message popped up.
