18.1.12.1 FSCC

General settings which are related to Automatic Fire Support Coordination (FSCC) and Battery AI

Enabling / Disabling can be found under this tab. The Battery AI Disable feature will only be found in

the Instructor mode of VBS3Fires.

18.1.12.2 Ballistics

In the Ballistics section the Use Charge table option will be selected by default. It uses the charge

table which consists of a set of muzzle velocities defined in data files. When Use Minimum

Maximum Ranges option is selected a different approach is used to calculate the ballistics. This

approach is based on the defined min and max ranges (in ballisticsXXX.dat files: xxx - round diameter

of a gun) and it generates the charge table by using these min max ranges. For more information

please proceed to Charge Tables. To read more about the default change tables used by VBS3Fires

application, refer Appendix.Charge Table Sample File.
