18.1.7 Target Description
You can predefine the kind of ammunition used to attack certain type of targets.
For example, if the target description of the target is Infantry (then you know your target is an
infantry), and if you think HE ammo and Quick fuse is suitable to attack an infantry, you can
predefine to use HE Quick for Infantry.
You can predefine the number of rounds, Ammo type and the fuse type with respect to the size,
type, and the status of the target. Then the predefined values will be available in the Third
Transmission panel of NATO Trainee Calls for Fire.
Values for Type of Adjustment, Distribution and Guns will be saved separately for the
NATO Doctrine. Trajectory and Ammunition values do not depend on the selection of doctrine.
Adjustment, Distribution and Guns settings of Adjust Fire and Fire for Effect in the Preferences panel
will function uniquely according to the selected doctrine.
